About BOESS Mobile – Agent app for delivery & service
The BOESS Mobile application runs on both iOS and Android and is used by agents to deliver services to customers. It supports different agent types—rider agents and service agents—so that riders can pick up items and deliver them to the shop, while service agents handle the rest of the workflow. The app includes QR scanning to validate users, payment collection from customers via Razorpay, and notifications to users. It is the operational backbone for field agents in the BOESS ecosystem.
